How long can I expect my pillowcases to last?
Typically, if the pillowcases are used continuously, you’ll get 3 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 5 years if you rotate them with other pillowcases. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your pillowcases lasting fresh and longer.
How soon will my pillowcases be shipped after I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
I am happy I decided to take PG up on the offer at checkout of discounted items. I change my pillow cases more often than my sheets because my head gets hot and well, you know. With these though I haven’t been as much.

To try out first, I bought these pillowcases before decided to buy a whole set, we like percale sheets but some that we’ve bought were not exactly cool and made me sweat at night. I don’t mind their wrinkled to me is better cause that means it’s 100% cotton and not blend like wrinkle free.
I’ve been using them for two weeks, washed twice and color hasn’t fainted. Since not longer feeling hot or sweating at night with these pillow cases, I’m not waking up throughout the night so improved my quality of sleep. I bought the alternative comforter waiting for arrival and will buy the sheet set and extra pillow cases.
Cool and crisp for real… i flip them over and I get the cool crisp feeling again … it’s just heaven
