Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.

The item’s quality and softness are beyond expectations, however the one downside of this comforter and the reason for its 4 starts, is that it does not have the loops at every corner in order to tie down a duvet cover. If the comforter had that these it would be perfect!
Had it fir a week now and its great. Wish you guys made a cover for it and a smaller pet bed though - MC
