     How long can I expect my mattress pad to last?

    Typically, if the mattress pads are used continuously, you’ll get 3 years of use before it starts to show some wear and about 5 years if you rotate it with other mattress pads. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your pad lasting fresh and longer.

     

    How soon will my mattress pad be shipped after I place an order?

    Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.

     

    What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

    Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Durable and Quality Pad!!

This mattress pad is soft and plush adding luxurious layer of cushioning to my mattress. It provides a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. Its light and breathable and very convenient to use daily .

Cleaning and maintaining this mattress pad is easy. It’s machine washable and retains its shape and fluffiness after washing, which is a huge plus. Overall, this is great pad for its quality.

This mattress pad is very well made and comfortable to sleep on. Has been very useful on my daughter’s bed as we work on potty training her as well! Perfect for protecting your mattress while still providing comfort!

Good pad

This mattress pad is very nice. The sections keep the filling evenly spread out and avoids bunching. Definitely adds to a comfortable night sleep. Nice quality cotton.
