How do I care for my percale fabric?
Percale is a very cool and crisp fabric — like a high-five from the Abominable Snowman. Our Percale is exceptional high quality 400 Thread Count Single Ply Long Staple Cotton. It has great durability while maintaining softness. The Percale tight weave makes it more prone to wrinkles and may take a couple of uses before it softens up. Its breathability provides cool sleep on warm nights and warm sleep on cool nights.
PLEASE machine wash separately (we know, it’s a pain, but it will give you an excuse to grab another beer). Gentle cycle in cold water with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry at low temperature, remove promptly and continue to air-dry. Warm iron if needed. And thanks for actually reading this.
How long can I expect my sheets to last?
Typically, if the sheets are used continuously, you’ll get 3 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 5 years if you rotate them with other sheets. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your sheets lasting fresh and longer.
How soon will my sheets be shipped after I place an order?
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out the same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
Although we really doubt that you'll be unhappy with Pillow Guy products, we understand that bedding does boil down to personal preference, so we won't make it uncomfortable at all when it comes to returns. If for any reason at all you'd like to return (you actually don't even need to give us a reason) within 30 days of purchase, all you have to do is email hello@pillowguy.com or call us at 1.844.745.5694 and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and you'll receive a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Do Pillow Guy sheets wrinkle?
Pillow Guy prides itself in not using harsh chemicals in our products, therefore our sheets cannot be wrinkle-free. Like any 100% cotton products, your sheets will naturally wrinkle but your sheets will wrinkle less and less with every wash and use. Although it really is a huge pain, but we recommend hang drying your sheets to prevent significant wrinkling. If you prefer to use a dryer, we recommend taking your sheets out of the dryer 5 minutes before the cycle ends and hanging them to dry.
