Tencel fabric is a very soft and delicate fabric - like a panda's belly, and you need to treat it accordingly. Made from eucalyptus wood pulp, it is biodegradable and eco-friendly. Tencel fabric is also bacteria resistant and helps regulate body temperatures to remain warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Due to the fine quality of the fabric and our unique eco-friendly dying process, you may find the fabric will develop slight creases and color differences over time with regular usage and wash, this is normal. Please pay special attention to the care label for specific care instructions.
Typically, if the duvet cover and shams are used continuously, you’ll get 4-5 years of use before they start to show some wear and about 7-8 years if you rotate them with other duvet sets. Check out our care instructions on how to keep your duvet set lasting fresh and longer.
Pillow Guy is a vertically integrated company, which means we control the process from production all the way until we ship out the product. We have on own warehouse located near Los Angeles, CA where we ship your bedding from. All orders received before 9am PST will be shipped out same day so depending on where you live it can take anywhere from 2-5 business day to receive your bedding.

Is TENCEL Breathable? In short, YES. TENCEL is an eco-fabric and has natural breathability and 50% greater moisture absorption than cotton. Due to its moisture management, TENCEL is also anti-bacterial.

This set is luxurious and soft. I like how I can swap out my duvet quick and easy and wash the cover instead of washing the whole thing. Beautiful colors that are neutral to go with the any decor and the softness is amazing. I will definitely be getting another set!
I love the smooth texture and how good on my skin it feels. Duvets takes long time to dry in our dryer but for my surprise cleaning this set was super easy. I would recommend!
